Oracle $115 Million Privacy Settlement: Claim Info & Payouts

Who can file a claim?

The settlement class includes all people residing in the United States whose personal information, or data derived from their personal information, was acquired, captured, or otherwise collected by Oracle Advertising technologies from August 19, 2018, to the "date of final judgment". The final approval hearing is currently scheduled for November 14, 2024.

How much is the Oracle settlement per person?
