Crossbreed Holsters Data Breach Class Action Settlement

If you received a notification from Crossbreed Holsters about a data security incident, you may be eligible to claim up to $2,500 from a class action settlement.

MTC Holsters, LLC, doing business as Crossbreed Holsters, has agreed to pay $195,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged negligence and breach of contractual and statutory duties related to a data security incident discovered on December 5, 2022.

Who are the class members?

Resident of the United States who received a notice from Crossbreed Holsters regarding the data security incident.

How much can class members get?

1. Ordinary Out-of-Pocket Losses: You can claim up to $500 for documented expenses such as unreimbursed bank fees, phone charges, and identity theft protection services.
2. Lost Time Reimbursement: You can claim up to three hours at $35 per hour for time spent addressing the data breach. This is included in the $500 cap for ordinary losses.
3. Extraordinary Out-of-Pocket Losses: You can claim up to $2,500 for documented monetary losses directly caused by the data breach.

If the settlement fund is sufficient, class members may also receive an alternative cash payment.
