What Can Class Members Claim?
Settlement Class Members can also submit claims for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred as a result of the Data Incident. Additionally, Settlement Class Members can claim unpaid time off work and lost time spent addressing issues related to the Data Incident.
