If you logged into the LifeBridge Patient Portal at least once between May 13, 2020, and July 25, 2023, you may be eligible to claim compensation from a class action settlement.
LifeBridge Health, Inc. has agreed to pay $2,000,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged improper sharing of personal information through the use of the Meta Pixel on its websites.
Who can file a claim?
The class members include:
- Individuals who accessed the LifeBridge Patient Portal at least once during the period from May 13, 2020, to July 25, 2023.
- If you received a notice via mail or email, you have been identified as a class member based on LifeBridge's records.
Excluded from the class are:
- LifeBridge’s officers and directors
- Its affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries
- The judges presiding over this matter and their clerks
What are the benefits and payouts?
Class members can receive two types of benefits:
- Privacy Shield: A data protection and monitoring service available for one year.
- Cash Compensation: A pro rata share of the Net Settlement Fund, which is the remainder after administrative costs, taxes, service awards, and attorney fees are deducted from the $2,000,000 settlement fund.
- The cash compensation is calculated based on the number of valid claims submitted. For example, if $500,000 remains in the Net Settlement Fund and 10,000 valid claims are submitted, each claimant would receive $50.

When is the LifeBridge Health Data Privacy payout date?
