ETZ Hayim dba Lazarus Naturals Data Breach Settlement

If you were a current or former customer of Lazarus Naturals, and your personal information was potentially compromised in a data incident that occurred between March 1 and June 2, 2023, you may be eligible to claim up to $5,000 from a class action settlement.

ETZ Hayim Holdings, S.P.C., has agreed to pay $300,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for alleged negligent data security practices that resulted in the potential compromise of personal information of its customers.

Who Can Submit a Claim?

Those who received a notification from ETZ around July 10, 2023, indicating their information may have been affected.
There are approximately 42,000 class members

How Much Can Class Members Get?

Settlement Class Members can file a claim for one of the following benefits:

Documented Loss Payment: Up to $5,000 for documented out-of-pocket losses.
Cash Award: The amount will depend on the number of valid claims and the remaining settlement fund.

Is Proof Required to Submit a Claim?

Yes, proof is required to claim a Documented Loss Payment. Claimants must provide reasonable documentation to support their claimed losses. This can include receipts, bank statements, invoices, and other third-party documentation.
