  • Credit Monitoring: A free two-year membership to Experian, including 1-bureau credit monitoring, daily credit alerts, and $1 million in identity theft insurance.

The maximum amount to be paid by Joy Cone Co. for loss reimbursement and credit monitoring is capped at $300,000. If the total amount of valid claims exceeds this cap, payments will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
