Who can file a claim?

How much can class members get?
- Credit Monitoring: Two years of credit monitoring services.
- Compensation for Unreimbursed Economic Losses: Up to $5,000 for documented losses.
- Pro Rata Cash Payment: A share of the net settlement fund, estimated at $50 per claimant, subject to adjustment based on the number of claims.
If the total claims exceed the settlement fund, payments will be adjusted downward proportionally. For example, if the net settlement fund is $500,000 and 10,000 valid claims are submitted, each claimant would receive $50. However, if 15,000 claims are submitted, the payment per claimant would be reduced to approximately $33.33.
