  • Reimbursement for Actual Monetary Loss: Class members who suffered documented monetary loss due to the data incident can claim up to $5,000. The loss must be actual, documented, and unreimbursed, and it should have occurred between March 20, 2023, and February 6, 2025.

Is proof required to submit a claim?
