If you purchased any of Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, LLC’s “C+Collagen” products between March 10, 2016, and June 28, 2024, you may be eligible to claim up to $50 per product from a class action settlement.

Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, LLC has agreed to pay $9,200,000 to settle a class action lawsuit for allegedly mislabeling their “C+Collagen” products as containing collagen when they did not. The lawsuit claims that consumers were misled into paying a premium for these products under the false belief that they contained collagen.

Can I Claim an Award?

To be eligible for an award, you must have purchased any of the following products in the United States for personal or household use and not for resale or distribution between March 10, 2016, and June 28, 2024:

• C+Collagen Deep Cream
• C+Collagen Serum
• C+Collagen Mist
• C+Collagen Eye Cream
• C+Collagen Mask

What Awards Can Class Members Claim?

Class Members who submit a valid claim can receive $50 per product purchased, capped at two or ten products depending on whether they submit proof of purchase.

• With Proof of Purchase: $50 per product, up to ten products.
• Without Proof of Purchase: $50 per product, up to two products.

If the total claims exceed the Net Settlement Fund, the awards will be adjusted pro rata. For example, if the Net Settlement Fund is $8,000,000 and the total claims amount to $10,000,000, each claim will be reduced by 20%.

Is Proof Required to Claim the Reward?

Proof is required for claims exceeding two products. If you do not have proof of purchase, you can still claim up to two products by completing the Claim Form under penalty of perjury.

Settlement Fund Breakdown

• Attorneys’ fees and litigation costs (up to $3,900,000)
• Service awards for the Settlement Class Representatives ($5,000 each)
• Settlement administration costs (not to exceed $399,324 plus postage)
