How much is the class action payment?
Class members can claim one or more of the following:
- Identity Theft Protection Services: All class members can claim two years of identity theft protection services provided one one credit bureau, including $1 million in identity theft insurance.
- Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Includes unreimbursed bank fees, postage or gas for travel, and costs for freezing or unfreezing credit reports.
- Current and former employee claims are capped at $350.
- Current and former students and their parents can claim up to $250.
- Lost Time Reimbursement: You can claim up to 4 hours at $25 per hour for time spent dealing with the data breach.
- Reimbursement for Actual Monetary Loss: Documented financial losses that occurred between October 31, 2023 and April 2025, as a result of the cybersecurity incident.
- Current or former employees can claim up to $3,500.
- Current or former students or their parents can claim up to $1,500.

To claim a settlement payment, class members must submit a claim form by the deadline of April 14, 2025. You can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
