  • Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Includes unreimbursed bank fees, postage or gas for travel, and costs for freezing or unfreezing credit reports.
    • Current and former employee claims are capped at $350.
    • Current and former students and their parents can claim up to $250.
  • Lost Time Reimbursement: You can claim up to 4 hours at $25 per hour for time spent dealing with the data breach.
  • Reimbursement for Actual Monetary Loss: Documented financial losses that occurred between October 31, 2023 and April 2025, as a result of the cybersecurity incident.
    • Current or former employees can claim up to $3,500.
    • Current or former students or their parents can claim up to $1,500.
