- Alternative Cash Payment: A flat payment of $65 for class members that do not claim reimbursement for Ordinary Losses, Extraordinary Losses, or Lost Time.
- Identity Theft Protection and Credit Monitoring: Two years of services at no cost, which includes monitoring with all three credit bureaus and $1,000,000 in identity theft insurance.
