  • Extraordinary Losses: Class members who experienced significant financial harm due to the breach can claim up to $5,000 in documented financial losses directly caused by the cybersecurity incident. Losses must have occurred after November 19, 2022.

To receive a class action rebate, class members must submit a claim form by the June 24, 2025 deadline. You can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form to mail to the settlement administrator.
