How much is the class action settlement payment?

Class member can select from one the following options:

  • Documented Loss Payment: Class members may claim reimbursement of up to $10,000 for certain documented financial losses directly related to Azura cybersecurity incident.
  • Pro Rata Cash Fund Payment: Class members that do not submit a Documented Loss Payment claim can submit for a pro rata cash payment. Payment amount will be determined by the number of valid claims filed.

How to claim a class action rebate

To receive a settlement payment, you must submit a claim form by the June 30, 2025. Class members can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form. Completed forms must be submitted online or mailed to the settlement administrator by the claim deadline.

    • Receipts for credit freezing/unfreezing or monitoring services

  • Venmo
  • Physical check mailed to address provided

$3.15 Million settlement fund

The $3,150,000 settlement fund includes the following:

  • Settlement administration costs: To be determined
  • Attorneys' fees: Up to $1,102,500
  • Attorneys' litigation costs and expenses: To be submitted at a later date
  • Service awards to class representatives: Up to $2,500 each
  • Payments to approved claimants: Remaining settlement balance
