ARX Patient Solutions, LLC, AssistRx, Inc., and ARX Patient Solutions Pharmacy, LLC (collectively referred to as "ARX") have agreed to pay $850,000 to settle a class action lawsuit stemming from allegations related to a data security breach. The incident involved unauthorized access to an employee's email account, potentially exposing sensitive personal and health information of approximately 41,166 individuals.
Who can file a claim for a data breach payment?
Class members meet the following criteria:
- You reside in the United States and your personally identifiable information (PII) or protected health information (PHI) was potentially compromised during the 2022 data security incident involving ARX Patient Solutions, LLC, AssistRx, Inc., or ARX Patient Solutions Pharmacy, LLC.
- You received notification from ARX informing you that your information may have been impacted by the incident.
How much is the class action settlement payout?
Class members can submit for one or more of the following benefits:
- Out-of-Pocket Losses Reimbursement: You may submit for reimbursement of up to $600 for documented expenses directly related to the data incident. Eligible expenses include bank fees, credit monitoring costs, and other reasonable expenses incurred after March 23, 2022.
- These claims can include up to three hours at $30 per hour of lost time spent addressing issues related to the data incident, for a total of $90.
- Extraordinary Losses Reimbursement: Class members experienced significant financial losses caused fraud or identity theft caused by the data incident may claim up to $6,500 in reimbursement.
- Credit Monitoring Protections: All claimants may select to receive three years of one-bureau credit monitoring and identity theft insurance.
How to claim a data breach settlement payment
To receive a class action rebate, class members must submit a claim by the deadline of May 26, 2025. You can file a claim online or print the PDF claim form to complete and mail to the settlement administrator.

The settlement fund of $850,000 will cover reimbursements for documented losses and credit monitoring services. Additional costs are covered separately by ARX and do not reduce the amount available to class members:
