What Happened?

IAMS experienced a significant data breach when an unauthorized third party remotely accessed certain IAMS computer systems between March 1, 2024, and May 3, 2024. This breach potentially exposed sensitive personal information of clients and beneficiaries, including 5,788 in Texas alone. The breach was first publicly disclosed on September 19, 2024.
