Our mission is to protect the rights of taxpayers and ratepayers from the overreaching arm of local and state government and agencies. Guided by a singular approach to the practice, we accept challenging cases involving complex and often untested issues of law that will make a difference. We have successfully litigated dozens of legal challenges across the state under Propositions 218 and 26, which are designed to enhance taxpayer consent and to ensure citizens' funds are expended as intended.
