Capozzi Adler, P.C.’s healthcare law services include: regulatory compliance & licensure, collections and Medicaid eligibility, CCRC licensure, admission agreements, guardianships, nursing facility sales & acquisitions, employment law & labor law, and Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement appeals. Capozzi Adler also provides an array of legal services to non-healthcare providers in a number of states, including real estate & property law, employment law & labor law, civil & commercial litigation, criminal defense, personal injury, ERISA litigation, administrative law, and family law.
