At BCPK, LLC, we offer quality legal services and individual attention from attorneys who will really get to know you. Our experienced attorneys assist businesses and individual clients with a full range of legal matters including real estate law, business law, construction litigation, business and commercial litigation, business formation, estate planning, and criminal defense. We always put our clients' interests first, and because we are a small law firm that provides personal attention, our lawyers know those interests personally. In July of 2004, BCPK, LLC, was formed when Chris Byron, Brian Kalb, and Chris Petri left the law firm of Gallop, Johnson & Neuman in Clayton, Missouri, and joined David Gerber in establishing their own law practice. We chose Edwardsville because of the long-standing community ties that our attorneys have to the area. As a small law firm, we have flexibility in taking cases and are able to provide cost-effective legal services.
