The company disclosed the breach to various state attorney general offices on the following dates:
- Texas Attorney General: March 13, 2025 (7,994 individuals affected)
- Massachusetts Attorney General: March 12, 2025 (130 individuals affected)
- Vermont Attorney General: March 12, 2025
- California Attorney General: March 13, 2025
Affected consumers were notified about the breach via U.S. Mail.
