What happened?

In October 2024, PracticeSuite, Inc. experienced a significant data breach. On or around October 11, 2024, a cybercriminal accessed a data file on one of PracticeSuite's servers, which contained a backup of records from Texan ENT Specialists, PLLC, dating up to March 19, 2024.

The breach was discovered on October 18, 2024, and involved unauthorized access to sensitive information.

The types of consumer information exposed include:

  • Address
  • Social Security Number Information
  • Driver’s License number
  • Government-issued ID number (e.g., passport, state ID card)
  • Financial Information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
  • Medical Information
  • Health Insurance Information
  • Date of Birth
