What Happened?

On November 9, 2024, Legends International discovered unauthorized activity on its IT systems. It was later determined that files containing personal information were accessed and acquired during this incident.

The breach was reported to several state authorities in April 2025. Specifically, the Massachusetts Attorney General was notified on April 15, 2025, and both the Texas and Vermont Attorney Generals were notified on April 16, 2025. According to state filings, at least 8,060 individuals in Texas and 5 in Massachusetts were affected.
