In January 2025, Community Care Alliance discovered a significant data breach. The breach occurred between July 1, 2024, and July 5, 2024, when unauthorized individuals accessed sensitive information. The breach affected 114,945 individuals in the United States, including 1,675 residents of Massachusetts and 50 residents of Maine.
