What Happened?
On April 8, 2025, Cambridge University Press & Assessment discovered a data breach that had occurred between June 3, 2024, and June 7, 2024. The breach affected individuals in several states, including Texas, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Notification letters to affected consumers were sent by U.S. Mail on April 23, 2025.

According to reports, at least 394 individuals in Texas, 68 in Maine, 574 in Massachusetts, and 53 in New Hampshire were affected. The breach was disclosed to the relevant state attorney general offices in late April 2025.
