What Happened?
In January 2025, Boudreaux’s Specialty Compounding Pharmacy experienced a significant data breach. On or around January 25, 2025, the pharmacy discovered a network disruption that affected certain systems. Third-party forensic specialists were brought in to investigate, and it was determined that an unauthorized party accessed sensitive data. The breach was reported to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on April 10, 2025.
A total of 6,270 individuals in the United States were affected by this breach.
