On Feb. 26, 2026, Project Consulting Services identified suspicious activity on certain computer systems, according to the company's notification to consumers. The company secured its systems and launched an investigation into the nature and scope of the activity.

The group stated it had obtained the organization's data, which reportedly included private and personal confidential data, client documents, budget information, payroll records, IDs, tax information and financial data.
After discovering the unauthorized access, the company began a review to determine the precise nature of the information that was affected. The review confirmed that the breach exposed sensitive personal and health information including names, Social Security numbers driver's license numbers, financial account information, medical information and health insurance information.
The breach was disclosed to the New Hampshire Attorney General and to the Vermont Attorney General. The company began notifying affected individuals on or about June 9, 2026.
