How to Use

The search bar is used to find settlements based on any data point, including but limited to case name, award amount, settlement amount, claim deadline, payout dates, and more.

Filter

The no proof filter, when selected, will show only class action settlements with no proof of purchase required to file a claim. Note that these no proof settlements typically cap the claim or award amount if you do not have proof.

To reset the no proof filter, select the 'All' button.

The status filters, "Open for Claims", "Pending", and "Closed", allow you filter by the settlement's current status.

Sort

You can sort class action settlements in four ways: you can sort alphabetically from A to Z, in reverse alphabetical order from Z to A, by the date the settlement was added to the database, and by claim deadlines ending soon.

The default and most popular sorting method is sorting open settlements by those that are ending soonest first.
