How much are the settlement payments?

Class members can varying payments depending on their claims:

• Credit Monitoring and Identity Theft Protection: 36 months of one-bureau credit monitoring and identity theft services.
• Reimbursement for Fraudulent Charges Incurred: Up to $3,500 for proven financial losses directly related to the data breach.
• Reimbursement for Lost Time: Up to four hours at $25 per hour for time spent dealing with the cybersecurity incident's effects.
• Alternative Cash Payment: Class members that do not submit a Reimbursement for Lost Time claim can submit for a cash payment of up to $75.

To claim an award, class members must complete and submit a claim form by May 29, 2025. You can file a claim online or download a paper claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
