The class action lawsuit alleged Posh Group Inc. charged California residents fees for event tickets that it did not include in the advertised price. The plaintiff claimed this misled consumers and violated California state consumer protection laws.
Posh Group denies the allegations but agreed to settle to avoid the expense and risk of continued litigation and a possible trial.
