Class members have the following options:
- Reimbursement for Out-of-Pocket Expenses: You can claim up to $15,000 per claimant for expenses related to identity theft or fraud that are traceable to the cybersecurity incident.
- Lost Time: You can claim up to 20 hours at $25 per hour, totaling $500 per individual, for time spent addressing issues related to the data breach.
- Free Credit Monitoring: Two years of free 3-bureau credit monitoring and identity restoration services are available to all claimants who elect to enroll.
- Additional Cash Payments: If funds remain in the settlement funds, additional cash payments may be distributed on a pro rata basis among participating claimants, of up to $2,500.
- Cash payments are not guaranteed and if they are issued the amount will be determined by the number of valid claims submitted and leftover settlement funds

To claim a settlement payment, you must submit a claim by May 1, 2025. You can file a claim online or download and print the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
