In October 2024, Pacific Pulmonary Medical Group experienced a data breach due to a data incident within a third-party software used for scheduling. The breach occurred on October 21 and October 22, 2024, and was disclosed to the California and Massachusetts Attorney General's offices on January 3, 2025.
